headed by Founder & CEO
Mr. Jesse Wainer, who has over 17 years experience in food manufacture,
marketing,
imports, distribution, etc. Mr. Wainer has developed numerous products
all the way to end retailer/customer base, primarily over the
last seven years. His experience includes successful TV marketing
campaigns; and in 1999, at age 27 yrs, he was the youngest
owner/exhibitor
at the ISM fair in Cologne, Germany in competition with over 1,400 of
the
largest and most successful confectionery companies in the world.

Generation Gourmet Inc.'s U.S. Operations are overseen by
Chief Operating Officer Mr. Mike Shearer, who has over 25 years
experience in management positions with Fortune 500 as well as
Inc. 500 companies. Mr. Shearer is well versed in disciplines
ranging from marketing to operations, systems to quality management.
Mr. Shearer has also served as management consultant to a variety
of firms, specializing in growth and transition.
